Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to mindgo.ai and the current public MindGo website experience. By using the site, submitting a form, or opening a linked survey, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit information through it.

The public MindGo experience is currently a frontend prototype and product-validation website. Product screens, conversation records, decisions, actions, integrations, device behavior and other examples may use mock data and may not represent a generally available product.

No public backend for conversation recording, speech recognition, AI processing, Bluetooth or USB audio, payment, CRM, calendar or connected-device firmware is offered through this website unless we explicitly say otherwise.

You must be legally able to agree to these Terms. If you use the site for an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to act for it. The site is not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where local law requires it.

You may use the site only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Interfere with the site, attempt unauthorised access, or bypass security controls.
• Use automated systems to overload, scrape or abuse the site contrary to applicable law.
• Submit malware, unlawful material, confidential information, or another person's data without authority.
• Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, feedback or eligibility for Early Access.
• Use MindGo names, logos or materials in a misleading way.

Survey links open Google Forms, a third-party service governed by Google's own terms and privacy policy. Do not submit information you are not authorised to share.

Newsletter subscription means you request product updates and may unsubscribe using the link in an email. Early Access does not guarantee selection, hardware, software access, timing, price, shipping, support, commercial availability or participation in testing. We may change, limit or discontinue either program.

AI-generated or automatically structured outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed or unsuitable for your needs. Product demonstrations are not a substitute for reviewing original evidence. You are responsible for checking decisions, commitments, actions and source references before relying on or sharing them.

If you voluntarily provide product ideas, survey responses or other feedback, you allow MindGo to use that feedback to evaluate, develop and improve its products without payment or obligation to you. You keep ownership of your original materials. Do not provide feedback that you do not have the right to share or that contains third-party confidential information.

The site, designs, text, graphics, logos, software, product concepts and other MindGo materials are owned by MindGo or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to view and use the site for its intended purpose. They do not transfer any ownership or grant a licence to use MindGo branding.

The site links to or relies on services operated by other organisations, including Vercel, Google, Resend, Unsplash and social networks. We do not control their availability, content or privacy practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and policies, and a link does not imply endorsement.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the website, prototype, forms or programs at any time. We do not promise uninterrupted access, compatibility with any device, preservation of submissions, or advance notice of every change. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance or legal reasons.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and prototype materials are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or compatibility. Nothing on the site is legal, financial, medical, employment or other professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MindGo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, lost data, lost profits, business interruption, or reliance on prototype or AI output. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the current agreement for the public site; additional terms may apply to future products, accounts, hardware or paid services.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the “Last updated” date. Questions may be sent through the official MindGo LinkedIn page. A legal entity name, registered address, dedicated legal contact and governing-law clause should be confirmed before general commercial availability.
