Scope and who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how the team operating MindGo and mindgo.ai (“MindGo”, “we”, “us” or “our”) handles personal information when you visit this website, subscribe to updates, join Early Access, complete a survey, or otherwise interact with the public MindGo experience.
MindGo is currently an early-stage product. This policy covers the website and current public prototype. A separate or updated policy may apply when production hardware, applications, account services, conversation processing, or paid services become available.
Information you provide
Newsletter and Early Access forms may collect your email address, first name, role or job title, and country or region. We also retain whether the submission relates to Newsletter or Early Access, its source, and the time it was received.
If you later communicate with the MindGo team, we may add contact details, company information, notes or tags that are relevant to that relationship. Please do not submit confidential conversation content, sensitive personal information, or information about another person through public forms.
Information collected automatically
When you use the site, we may receive technical and usage information such as your IP address at form submission, approximate country derived by our hosting provider, page visited, event type, device category, timestamp, referrer and campaign parameters.
The site creates a random first-party visitor identifier in your browser's local storage so we can count visits and understand aggregate conversion activity. It is not your name or email address, but it may still be treated as personal information under some laws.
Conversation and product data
The public website is a product demonstration. It does not currently upload or process your call or meeting recordings, transcripts, decisions, commitments, contacts, calendar events, CRM records, or connected-device data. The conversation examples shown on the site are mock demonstration data.
Before production conversation processing or connected-device services launch, we will update this policy to explain the relevant data flows, controls, retention periods and service providers.
How we use information
- Provide Newsletter updates and administer the Early Access waitlist.
- Respond to requests and manage our relationship with interested users and testers.
- Measure site usage, conversion activity and product interest.
- Maintain, secure, troubleshoot and improve the website and prototype.
- Prevent abuse, enforce our terms and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Analytics and browser storage
MindGo uses first-party analytics that store a random visitor identifier in local storage and record limited page-view and conversion events. You can remove this identifier through your browser's site-data controls.
If configured, Google Analytics may also process pseudonymous usage, browser, device and approximate location information under Google's own terms and privacy controls. We do not intentionally send form-entered names or email addresses to Google Analytics.
Legal bases
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information with your consent (for example, requested marketing updates), to take steps you request (such as administering Early Access), for our legitimate interests in operating and securing an early-stage website, and where necessary to comply with law. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.
International transfers
MindGo and its service providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Those countries may have different data-protection rules. Where required, we will use appropriate contractual or other lawful safeguards for cross-border transfers.
Retention and security
We retain Newsletter and Early Access records while they are needed for the requested program, until you unsubscribe or request deletion, and as necessary for legal, security or dispute-resolution purposes. Analytics records are kept only while reasonably useful for measurement and service improvement. Backup or provider copies may remain for a limited period after deletion.
We use access controls, private storage, HTTPS and other reasonable safeguards. No transmission or storage method is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know or access personal information, correct it, request deletion, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent, and complain to a regulator. Applicable law may provide exceptions, and we may need to verify your identity before acting.
You may unsubscribe using the link included in marketing emails. MindGo does not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
Children, changes and contact
The site is not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where local law requires it. If you believe a child provided personal information, please contact us so we can review the request.
We may update this policy as the product and legal requirements evolve. Material changes will be reflected by a revised “Last updated” date. Until a dedicated privacy email is published, privacy questions and requests may be sent through the official MindGo LinkedIn page. Include the email address you used with MindGo and do not send sensitive documents through social media.
